INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Two types of presentations are eligible (oral presentations or posters). Abstracts and presentations could be submitted in French or in English.

CONSIGNS FOR SUBMIT

Oral presentations will be gathered in thematical sessions.

A poster session with the authors or one of them will be held on Friday 24 November

The title of your abstract must not exceed 15 words. Do not exceed 300 words for the total of your abstract (Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion). Please check the length of your title and abstract  before the submission.

The length of an oral presentation is 15 min (and 5 min for discussion with the audience).

Below the text box where you can paste your abstract, you can :

(1)Select the most appropriate track and subcategory for the abstract in the box “Type” (oral presentation or poster);

(2) choose a topic (“thematic” box);

(3) indicate 3 to 5 key words.

The Scientific Program Committee has the authority to recategorize an abstract from oral to poster format.

COMMITMENT

Agree to present the abstract if selected for presentation. (This includes being present during the scheduled time of a poster session.). The attendance certificates will be delivered only at the reception desk of the congress.
